Country Club Hotels Zen Garden, Chennai

I chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to my workplace. My first stay was quite pleasant, but the second left much to be desired. While the staff were genuinely courteous and ready to assist, I was frustrated to find cockroaches in the room, which led to an allergy issue for me. Additionally, noise from the restobar was quite loud, and the room service menu was disappointingly limited.

During my stay at Zen Garden, I found it to be a comfortable budget option with spacious rooms and decent South Indian breakfast. However, my experience was marred by severe cleanliness issues, particularly with unexpected bed bugs that left me quite uneasy. Despite the appealing price point, the lack of attention to hygiene made it difficult to fully appreciate the stay.
